(hereinafter "KRONOS"), with registered office at 412F, route d'Esch, L-2086 Luxembourg. Use of the Web Site

The use of the Web Site grants you the status of user. The user accepts, by the mere use, the conditions reflected here.

The user agrees to make proper and diligent use of the contents and services of the Website, in accordance with the law, morality, public order and the provisions of these terms of use, and shall refrain from using such content and services in any way that may prevent, damage or impair the normal operation and enjoyment of the Website by other users or that could impair or cause damage to the property and rights of KRONOS, other users or, in general, any third party.

In addition, and without this list limiting the general scope of the obligation set forth in the preceding paragraph, the user undertakes in the use of the Web Site to:

a) not introduce or disseminate content or information of a racist, sexist, xenophobic, pornographic, libelous, obscene nature, that is an advocacy of terrorism, incites violence or violates human rights, or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public liberties, honor, privacy or the image of third parties and, in general, current legislation;

b) not cause damage to the physical and logical systems of KRONOS or third parties, nor introduce, store or disseminate through the Website any program, data, computer virus, code or any other physical or logical systems that may be likely to cause the aforementioned damage;

c) not use the Web Site, the contents and in particular the information obtained through the Web Site, to send advertising, to send messages for direct sales purposes or for any other commercial purpose, nor to collect or store personal data of third parties.

Intellectual property

The user acknowledges that all elements contained or used on the Website (for example: images, software, texts and trademarks) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of their respective owners or licensees, and undertakes to respect such rights.

Except as otherwise provided by law, the user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lease, loan, make available, or allow access to the public through any form of public communication of any of the elements referred to in the preceding paragraph, without the authorization of the holders of the corresponding rights.

Disclaimer of warranties and liability

KRONOS shall only be liable for any damages that the user may suffer as a result of the use of the Website when such damages are attributable to the willful misconduct of KRONOS. The user acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Website is at the user's sole risk and responsibility.

KRONOS will act diligently, according to the generally accepted uses in the sector, to avoid the presence on the Website of viruses or other harmful elements that could cause alterations in the user's computer system, but cannot guarantee the absence of such elements, and shall not be liable for any damages that this could cause.

By way of example and without limitation, KRONOS shall not be liable for any damages that may arise as a result of:

a) inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the user's equipment and devices, caused by reasons beyond the control of KRONOS;

b) interruptions or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloading of the Internet or other electronic systems;

c) damage caused by third parties through unlawful interference with the Web Site; and

d) he impossibility to provide the service or allow access for reasons not attributable to KRONOS, due to the user, third parties, or force majeure.

Links to other websites

In the case of links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites, KRONOS has no control over such sites and content, and assumes no responsibility for any damages that may arise from access to and use of such sites.

The inclusion of these links or hyperlinks does not imply any association or involvement of KRONOS with the linked sites.

Modification of these conditions

KRONOS may modify these conditions of use at any time and will publish the new conditions of use on the Website so that the user may be aware of them before using the Website. The use of the Website once the conditions of use have been modified shall imply the user's acceptance of the conditions of use thus modified.

 Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The provisions contained in these terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
